Depression and Anxiety

Struggling with depression and anxiety can feel overwhelming, leaving you with a sense of hopelessness, worthlessness, and isolation. People often don’t understand why you feel the way you do, and they mean well when they try to give you advice to cheer up, saying things like “this will all be over soon,” and, “things aren’t really that bad.” At Two Rivers Christian Counseling in Little Rock, Arkansas, we provide a compassionate and supportive space to help you address the emotional, mental, and spiritual challenges that accompany depression and anxiety. Together, we’ll explore the underlying causes of your struggles, from life circumstances to unresolved pain or imbalances, and create a personalized path toward emotional well-being and resilience.

Our faith-based approach integrates evidence-based therapy techniques with the hope and encouragement found in biblical truths. Whether you’re navigating feelings of sadness, low energy, loss of purpose, difficulty adjusting, or constant preocupation with anxious thoughts, we are here to walk alongside you. We believe healing happens best in a supportive environment where your unique story is honored and your faith can be a source of strength. If you’re looking for counseling for depression and anxiety in Little Rock, we are committed to helping you rediscover joy, purpose, and a renewed sense of hope.
